Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking transaction based on supported data.
  • Prepare accurate, timely data for financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.

Customer Relation Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acquiring new members to manage, grow and deepen the customer relationships, drive profitable volume growth through value added sales and service
  • Design CRM business plans to build long term relationships with consumers. grow the consumer CRM database
  • Develop, execute and manage new SAP CRM initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate all CRM related activities and functions with the sales or brand teams
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing all CRM activities
  • Develop and administer all customer research and focus groups
  • Develop, recommend and manage campaigns to increase customer satisfaction and improve loyalty
  • Evaluate the performance of initiatives and strategies including ongoing review of campaigns and trends

 

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in IT

Event and Promotion Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement various strategic and creative small to large-scale marketing and event plans (promotional/PR/VIP/joint activations) to achieve the marketing and sales objectives.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • In charge of ATL and BTL, advertising, promotion, exhibition, digital marketing and in house creative support of Bayu Buana brand campaign for all branches.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Making considerations over layout (when hosting the event).
  • Preparing marketing paraphernalia (such as brochures, flyers and freebies) to last for the duration of the event.
  • Evaluate and prepare monthly event and partnership report.

 

Requirements :

  • Age range 25 – 30 years old
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong academy record from reputable University, GPA 2.75
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position (Travel Industry).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Good team player with positive mindset, detail-oriented, self-motivated and creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to develop and grow existing/new business.
  • Strategies, sets, communicates, aligns and deploy business plans, new sales & marketing initiatives and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively engages sales, support and application team to achieve targets commitments and total customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Between 30 – 35 years old.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Graduated from Diploma Tourism or Bachelor Degree majoring in Travel and Tourism from reputable Academic/University
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager in Tourism Industry area or 1 year as Branch Manager in Tourism Industry.
  • Capable Domestic and International Tour Package , Travel Documents, Ticketing, MICE
  • Strong leadership, good team management
  • Hard worker and aggressive sales person and good negotiation skills
  • Willing to be place at BALI Branch
