BAYU BUANA LEARNING CENTRE

 

Bayu Buana Learning Centre is a three months learning program. We are going to provide learning opportunity for those who have the basic knowledge and are willing to work in travel industry. Pocket money will be provided through the course. Therefore, we invite young professional to join us.

 

Requirements :

  • Men / Women with max. age of 25 years old
  • Graduated from (min) SMIP / STP / Tourism Academy / Tourism Diploma or related education
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Willing to be placed in any of our branches
  • Having the knowledge of tour and travel products: reservation and ticketing, tour, hotel, MICE, etc
  • Committed person, good attitude, service-oriented & passionate in working in travel industry

SALES TICKETING AGENT

 

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals with excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills that are focused on results and work well under pressure.

 

Accountabilities :

  • Excellent communication and corresponding skills in English is a must
  • Initiate and promote dedicate airline product to generate the revenue
  • Reliable in Reservations and Ticketing with proper issuance of all types transactions
  • Answer and execute inquires made by trade partner/ travel agencies and other related business partner
  • Fast learner, reliable in team work, a positive attitude, a friendly & outgoing manner, and a persuasive personality are other trademarks of the job
  • Experience in an airline/travel industry

 

Requirements :

  • Minimum graduate in Diploma
  • Knowledge in IATA standard reservation/ticketing procedures
  • Be computer literate (Microsoft Office & any GDS)
  • Required knowledge the basics of assembling a flyer design & typography skills (Adobe Creative Cloud/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign)

TRAVEL CONSULTANT STAFF 24 HOURS (CTC)

Responsibilities :

  • Selling Airlines ticket & travel products
  • Responsible in issued domestic & international ticket
  • Handling customer order

 

Requirements :

  • Male Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP, age max : 30 years old
  • Familiar with Abacus System, strong in international ticketing
  • Min 1 years experience at the same level
  • Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English

GENERAL AFFAIR MAINTENANCE STAFF

Responsibilities :

  • Melakukan packing dan pengiriman barang ke cabang
  • Menyimpan stok barang di dalam gudang
  • Monitoring stock barang cetakan
  • Penerimaan, pengecekan dan pensortiran barang cetakan
  • Melakukan pengawasan kebersihan toilet, dan lingkungan kantor
  • Melakukan pengecekan gedung / fasilitas kerja
  • Memastikan jadwal maintenance AC, Genset, PABX
  • Memeriksa kelistrikan dan control panel pusat / lantai
  • Memeriksa saluran pembuangan dan pengairan setiap lantai
  • Memeriksa dan memperbaiki kerusakan minor gedung

 

Requirements :

  • Pria Maksimal usia 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan D3 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan listrik
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang General Affairs
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office terutama Word dan Excel, kelistrikan, genset, sipil. PABX
  • Memiliki kepribadian yang mandiri, jujur, memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan dapat diandalkan

SALES MANAGER (SLS)

Responsibilities :

  • Represent the company and its brand to corporate sales channel
  • Take the lead role in selling products/service to prospective customers along with managing distribution partners' activity
  • Responsible for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution
  • Meet minimum sales target 
  • Maintain and build corporate client network

 

Requirements :

  • Male, max age 35 years old, bachelor degree any discipline
  • Experience as Sales Manager at least 5 years (preferably from Tourism Industry) 
  • Persuasive, enjoy meeting new people and strong relation skills
  • Able to expand new client base and service existing clients
  • Must be computer literate, good looking and excellent communication skill 
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
